We want to inspire the next generation of CPAs. CPAClub Academy is the first of its kind in public accounting. As a cadet in our CPAClub Academy, you'll spend your remaining high school or college years and up to 8 paid hours in a given week throughout the year alongside our CPAClub professionals, where you'll learn to use digital tools and technology to execute audit or advisory procedures in support of CPAClub members. Upon successful graduation from CPAClub Academy, you'll then continue with us as a CPAClub Crew member at a higher pay scale through an accelerated career path.

With at least five years of progressive public accounting experience, our CPAClub Chiefs play a pivotal role in navigating through engagements that must be both effective and efficient while firmly rooted in quality. Our Chiefs manage the day-to-day activities and priorities of multiple CPA firms and companies. Responsibilities for our CPAClub Chiefs include consulting and researching technical accounting, auditing, or advisory issues, serving as a preparer and/or reviewer of workpapers, assisting with pre-issuance and post-issuance inspections, quality control, and even training.
